Alti Trading Ltd may exceptionally cancel the distance contract if the distance contract has been concluded with the other party's negligence, fraud or deceit; for shortage of the goods; for excessive loss suffered by one party or the other; for the failure of the goods; and for other reasons provided for in the legislation.

36. In case the goods purchased on www.startrading.lv are purchased by the buyer and collected at the www.startrading.lv customer centre, the following documents confirming the purchase of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the "order") shall be issued:

а. Receipt;

b. Invoice;

c. Warranty certificate (if required).

37. Where the goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer, the proof of purchase shall be the goods receipt sent to the e-mail address specified in the goods consignment.

38. An updated delivery note will be sent to the e-mail address indicated on the order form for the goods that require it.

39. The proof of purchase or goods receipt must indicate the name of the person responsible for the shipment and the person who drew up the document of shipment. The name and surname of the person liable for the shipment, as indicated on the document, shall be equivalent to the name and surname of that person in the Annex to the Alti Trading Ltd. Documentary Notes, as set out in Filling No 1

40. The evidence that the buyer has received the goods is as follows:

a. Upon receipt of the goods at www.startrading.lv customer centre - the buyer's signature on the document;

b. On receipt of the goods or on delivery of the goods or on collection at DPD Pickup points - the buyer's signature at the courier/shipment issuing electronic terminal;

c. When collecting the goods from the pick up points - the buyer's handy code for collecting the goods from the pick up point.

41. Claims that a consignment has not been delivered shall not be accepted after the receipt of the consignment has been confirmed by one of the methods set out in paragraph 40.
